Choose your dates, pay securely online and receive instant confirmation. And from the moment you book, you'll be dealing directly with us, so we're always on hand to answer questions, offer local recommendations or help make your stay that little bit more special.

Booking is simple and secure. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due three weeks before your arrival.

All payments are made securely by card through Stripe, so your card details are never seen or stored by us. You'll receive a confirmation of your booking, with a clear breakdown of payments and when they're due.

For bookings made within three weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can sometimes change. As bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, we recommend taking out travel insurance that includes cancellation cover, giving you extra peace of mind.

If you do need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible. Where we're able to rebook your dates, we may be able to offer a refund or arrange alternative dates, depending on the circumstances.

To help us keep Harrogate Hidden Stay lovely for all our guests, we ask for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond. This is arranged as a secure pre-authorisation on your card before arrival, rather than an upfront payment.

The authorisation is released after your stay, provided everything has been left in good order, in accordance with our booking terms.

No, you can book a single night. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off, and 28 nights or more get 25% off, applied automatically at checkout.

Yes. Enter it in the box on the booking page and the discount shows before you pay.

Card payment confirms your dates straight away, but if you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, email [email protected] with your dates and we will arrange it.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am.

An early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement. Just ask us before you travel.

We've made arriving at Harrogate Hidden Stay as easy as possible. Your personalised welcome guide will be emailed to you two days before your stay, with everything you need for a smooth arrival, including directions and check-in instructions.

Your unique door code will be available in the guide, allowing you to check in independently from 4pm on your arrival day.

Yes, a private parking space right at the front of the apartment, free for the length of your stay.

While we don't currently have an EV charging point at Harrogate Hidden Stay, there are public charging facilities available locally.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask guests not to charge electric vehicles using the apartment's electrical sockets. If you're travelling by electric car, just let us know before your visit and we'll be happy to point you towards nearby charging options.

Arriving in Harrogate a little early? No problem! Check-in is from 4pm, but we're very happy to arrange luggage storage so you can head off and explore the town, enjoy a leisurely lunch or simply relax with a coffee while you wait.

Harrogate Hidden Stay can accommodate up to four guests, with a comfortable king-size bed in the main bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the garden room.

The sofa bed is ideal for one adult or two younger children, so while we can welcome a family of four, we recommend a maximum of three adults for everyone's comfort.

The garden room also doubles as a lovely, light-filled home office, giving you that extra bit of flexibility whether you're visiting for a short break or staying a little longer.

We've made sure you'll find everything you need to settle in and feel at home. Fresh bed linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest, along with a well-equipped kitchen ready for you to enjoy.

You'll also find tea, coffee, fresh milk, juice and soft drinks waiting for you, plus bread, butter and jams to make your first morning's breakfast a little easier.

Yes. Fast Virgin Media M500 broadband with Volt Speed Boost (516Mbps download and 52Mbps upload) is free throughout your stay, so video calls and large uploads are no problem. The garden room has a dedicated desk and chair.

Yes! You'll have access to our lovely garden, directly through the patio doors or bi-fold doors from the apartment. With comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, BBQ and pizza oven, it's a wonderful spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, an afternoon in the sunshine or a relaxed evening outdoors.

Absolutely! We have secure bike storage on site, so you're very welcome to bring your bikes along. Whether you're planning a leisurely ride around Harrogate or heading out to tackle the famous climbs of the Yorkshire Dales, you'll find plenty of wonderful cycling routes to explore right from your doorstep.

Harrogate Hidden Stay is a smoke-free apartment, so we kindly ask guests not to smoke or vape anywhere indoors. For everyone's comfort and safety, candles and fireworks are also not permitted.
